"It is shameful for a woman to speak in church." The word is shameful. Scholarly doubt about who wrote it has never once opened a door.

He made a vow. She came out the door dancing. He kept it. She had no name — only a father who made a deal with God before she ever walked outside.

A husband's suspicion was enough — no evidence required. She drank the water. There was no equivalent test for him. There never was.

Grief Is Not a Problem to Solve
Grief is love with nowhere to go. It is not a stage to pass through on the way back to productivity. She Creates Love on the body's right to take the time it takes.

She is not permitted to teach. She is not permitted to have authority over a man. Because Eve was deceived. Her salvation is conditional on her reproductive function. His is not mentioned.
What We Mean When We Say "Rest Is a Right"
